|Recommended: YesMaintenance Request 698043 — Excellent service. In less than 10 minutes after requesting maintenance, the staff was already working on the requested service. He completed the maintenance quickly and neatly, and explained to me the reason why the issue occurred. I am impressed by the excellent service. Very satisfied.

|Recommended: YesBest Apartment We’ve Lived In — We moved from Maryland to Pennsylvania in late September of 2025. We did a lot of searching for apartments in Pennsylvania that would fit our budget and Emerson Flats in Mountain Wolf was highly rated. We did a walk through loved it and applied the same day. Needless to say it was a great choice. Very clean, friendly staff and maintenance is great also. It’s a quiet little town and everyone is friendly. Very spacious and rent is cheaper than Maryland. It was a time for a change in our lives and glad we made the move. Plus we are happy to say that Pennsylvania is our new home. We also highly recommend checking out Emerson Flats you won’t be disappointed.

|Recommended: YesCorrect Review — My girlfriend and I moved in a month ago to the brand new building. Being first time apartment owners, we had a bunch of questions when we went on the tour, Ashley answered all of them and was happy to do so. There were some minor maintenance issues with our apartment that the maintenance team fixed within hours of the request going in which we are grateful for. Shannon has been a wonderful help as well for any problems or questions that we have. The minor inconveniences we experienced get heavily outweighed by how happy we are to have moved in here. Looking forward to the rest of the year

|Recommended: YesRelaxing Vibe — Spacious and well designed floor plan options. Modern look that feels elegant. Clubhouse with gym, kitchen area, seating, and large TV for tenant use.
Nice location for those looking to get away from the Harrisburg area, but close enough to drive in when you need to. Mount Wolf Manchester has the feel that Shippensburg did when I was growing up, so it’s relaxing and laid back. It’s a nice and easy drive to Route 30 when you need to do any major shopping, but there are a few local options as well. If this is the feel you’re looking for, then it’s great. There is a train track nearby, but the train really only goes through 1-2 times per day.
The complex opened only a year ago, so there have been some parts of the building that have been changed or finalized since that time some things that I don’t think are quite finished yet. That said, there are other units still being built in the complex, so it is still in development. Advance notice is always given about anything going on around the property.
Staff has been very friendly and accommodating be it touring the building, moving in, having maintenance done, or chatting in the clubhouse office. Office and maintenance staff are on site during normal working hours during the week and many times on Saturday as well. Shout out to Ashley and Owen for always being so friendly and willing to chat or help

There should be a sign in the lobby about package drop offs in the room at the back enterance.
Only downside is train whistle in the middle of the night. Just a noisey location in general.

|Recommended: YesReview 1 12 28 23 — I am very happy to date with everything in the building. The only complaint i have at this time is that after hours quiet time the people coming into and out of the building could be a little quieter and the entrance if they would hold it instead of letting it slam would be nice. Overall very happy.

|Recommended: YesEmerson Flats Is A Great Place To Live — EF is a great place to live. It is quiet, I rarely hear my neighbors. People are respectful, and the building remains clean. I wish there were more parking spaces in the back of the building but I always find something in the lot.
